Akron Roundtable Gala Invitation
To celebrate their 40th year the Akron Roundtable is bringing hometown superstar, one half of the band The Black Keys, Patrick Carney, to speak. They asked About350 to design a cool and dynamic invitation for the event.
We were influenced heavily by the musical nature of the event, and designed a CD jewel case using vibrant colors and a pearlized paper stock for added visual punch. The design was based off of the album art for The Black Keys’ 2014 release, “Turn Blue.”
The invites were delivered in square black envelopes with white ink.
