About350 Works With ASCVB to Pave Summit Brew Path

Northeast Ohio is quickly becoming a Mecca for craft beer. When the Akron Summit Convention & Visitors Bureau asked us to work on an Akron/Summit County beer trail project, we jumped at the chance! The only other beer trail in Ohio is in Columbus, and sees 30,000 to 40,000 visitors each year.

For this project About350 created the name, logo and passport. The passport allows travelers to collect stamps from the participating breweries. Participants then turn in the completed booklet for a t-shirt and a chance to win a getaway package. Learn more at summitbrewpath.com. Pick up a passport at any of the 14 participating brewers in Summit County!

Not only has the program been a roaring success so far, and a boon for the breweries participation, it has peaked the interest of local media. Our work was featured on the front page of the Sunday Akron Beacon Journal, in a spot on WKYC NBC Cleveland, and on WKSU Radio.

Use hashtag #SummitBrewPath on Twitter and Instagram to follow those taking the journey, and share you own!

The program runs through the end of 2017.
